I received my consultation call from Charan and he made the process easy and straightforward. After answering his questions about my design ideas he set up the follow-on meeting with a design consultant and was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Thanks for the help Charan I'm looking forward to seeing my space completed soon.

The company will not let you post negative reviews, have cost us thousands of dollars in delays! Customer service will not respond, ordered white glove service they delivered as standard delivery still waiting for them to set it up or refund white glove service. They mess up and instead of making things right they continue to cost us money. Not even sure about quality but based on service I'm going to assume missing parts as it does look like as it hasn't been unpacked and still in boxes in front of garage going on 2 weeks.

Excellent service, Charan was very nice and efficient, he explained things very well.

These are far from quality! These are so poorly made, you need 2 people to install shelves, one to push the bowed walls in while the other slides teh shelf in. The cabinet doors don't shut evenly, you need to use your feet and hands to close the cabinet doors. The cabinets are made poorly and def not a quality cabinet if you want quality. I am in the process for the past 3 weeks trying to return my set.

Just purchased a home bar and had it delivered. The delivery men were very nice and careful however, they did not unbox and remove the packing materials as stated in the "White Glove" purchase that I made for $199.

A family member purchased outdoor kitchen cabinets which is what led me to look into New Age for my garage. At first, I was hesitant about pulling the trigger because of the price, but Direct Sales Specialist, Piyush Banerjee, called and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. So good in fact, that I thought I was being scammed. He reassured me when the order was place by staying on the phone with me. The New Age team kept informed via email on the order status, and to my surprise I received the entire order just three business days later. I ordered the 9 piece Pro series garage cabinets along with the sink. The only issue I had with this whole transaction was the delivery arrived four hours before the scheduled delivery window, but they waited for me to arrive from work. I would definitely recommend the New Age product for your garage or outdoor kitchen needs.

I have been trying to get new age to provide parts for a defective 2 burner grill. They have not resolved the problem even though the pictures show the defect was shipped New Age. It has been over three weeks and they want to know if I fixed their problem. Nothing but being on hold and delays while they talk with the warehouse. I am filing with the better business bureau and any social media review possible to warn others of New Age's business practices.

I spent 30 min on hold as Asian girl awaited "approval" for simple h/w return. Gave up. Bad cust svc

I received a call today for my garage design and received excellent service from Charan Poojary. He was very courteous and most important, called me within the timeline I had demanded. Hope the rest of the experience will be as good.

We just placed the order for our outdoor kitchen. The video consultation was wonderful. They had one person demo all the pieces I was interested in and then another person walked me through my design and answered all my questions. After the consultation I received the drawings and pricing. I'd priced out a number of other manufacturers and felt that I was getting a superior product for slightly less money. Can't wait for my order to arrive.

I ordered 2 cabinet unit's that showed the lower base cabinet having rollers. When I received the unit they did not have rollers. I called customer service and they emailed me a response that confirmed that yes the video shows rollers are included but the description does not. Newage misrepresents their products.

I am yet to receive my order, but I found Omkar with NewAge was knowledgeable and patient! From design to order placement, Omkar was such great help. He helped me leverage all of the promotional offers going on. I'm excited for everything to arrive!

Ordered a $5000 custom kitchen. Once installed the burners never worked. The company wanted me to drive my product into a local business to get a quote for them instead of letting me return my product that SHOULD be fully warranteed. I told them i want a refund and rhe REP said he'd review my request with his "team" and call me right back. Never did nor did they respond to my emails. Id never order from them again. Try another company!

I ordered the PRO Series 14 piece set and had a lot of questions and concerns prior to making the final decision. I spoke to a Direct Sales Specialist named Piyush and found that he was very knowlegable about the Newage Products and confidently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Most importantly Piyush was quick to respond to my phone calls and emails.

This is my second purchase with NewAge garage cabinets both time exceed my purchase experience
Today I wanted a garage sink cabinet to match my Pro Series cabinets that is out of stock, I'm in the retail business also I do understand that some products can be delayed I just wish I could have an approximate date of when I can expect it to finish my project.

I purchased a New Age Outdoor Kitchen from Costco and was delighted at the quality of the product. It is solid, high quality, and works exceptional. This was a big spend so I was hesitant. I am glad I spent the money to purchase such a great quality piece. It was easy to put together with good instructions.
Today I called New Age Products to purchase a cover for the kitchen. Piyush the sales man was extremely helpful with my order.

Was in contact with Piyush Banerjee. He help me with some questions I had and the final purchase.
My cards have a limited withdrawal/purchase amount with my purchase exceeding these limits. Piyush helped greatly with that issue and we were able to make the transaction. I am very impressed with the professionalism and the patients of the team at New Age Products Inc. I would recommend contacting the company personally if you are inquiring or looking to purchase.

In my search for an extensive and cohesive garage cabinet system I have reviewed many manufacturers and I have found Newage Products to offer superior selection and quality.
My order was comprehensive and detailed to outfit a 1600 square foot garage and my sales Rep Piyush Banerjee was knowledgeable, patient provided multiple quotes and was very supportive in getting me the best package pricing possible!

I bought the New Age garage floor product. It has been the worst experience I've had with a high-end product. First, the system is not easy to install. After watching the instruction videos and reading the 99 page installation manual (and referring to it often), it is still not locking the way it's supposed to. I've put it down and picked it up four times now. I've been advised by the company to use sealant on the tiles, only to be told I should absolutely NOT do that - ruining 10 boxes of this expensive system. I've now called and or emailed Customer Success five times. I keep getting moved around with absolutely no valid solution. Now I have 700 sq ft of product out of the box and I am not able to return it, AND the company has started to completely ghost me. The tiles are beautiful and I would love nothing more than for them to work out but at this point, I've just thrown my money away. It's worthless to the DIYer.

The first time I dealt with New Age Products my impression was very positive. Second time not so much. However they totally redeemed themselves with their customer service my providing me with Mano. Wonderful Sales & Design Specialist! So knowledgeable and patient. Right after the consultation I placed my order and can't wait for the shipping to arrive. Whenever I am ready for additional remodeling I am definitely requesting him to guide me through the project.

Experience was excellent. Customer service representative was friendly, helpful went the extra mile.
