Ordered bag in March, tracking info provided does not work. Business in China, no way to reach. Sent several emails, they finally offered 20% discount on a future order but no info on this order. More emails, they offered a 5% refund, demanded full refund. Placed a claim with Pay Pal and magically a bag arrived 4 days later in the middle of June. Not the bag I ordered, very inferior materal and construction. No paperwork or return info. Sent another email for info, doubt I will ever hear.

I ordered a bag in April, paid through pay pal, as of June 14, bag has not been received. Contacted seller who emailed back poss issue with customs. Tracking number shows never received by USPS. Shipping agent info keeps changing NY, CA, IN. Probably NOT a legitimate business.

I ordered 2 bags from them back in the first week of April. Still have not received. Always those adds on Facebook. Should have known, it gets me Everytime and I still keep ordering. Looked at my bank statement and it was from a totally different co... Handready inc. so now go to bank and dispute charges

Received an email saying my order was being shipped. More than a month after ordering... BUT it's dated 4/17 which was 3 days before the email on 4/20 saying that my bags were done and would be shipped. It's almost been a month since those date. TOTAL SCAM!
