I've never heard any complaints about Nicelocal because the way it rates businesses always matches up with reality. I like the easy-to-use filter system and the geolocation options. Now before I go to a new business, I always go to Nicelocal to get an idea of how good their service is. There have been a few time where I even decided not to go to a certain company after reading lots of negative Nicelocal reviews.
