“Worst customer service of all time”

It took me threatening a PayPal dispute and public tweets to get a response from this girl. She spends her entire life on the internet but refuses to answer her customer's concerns. Awful. Never received product. Total scam.

She won't ship your items and ignores you despite always being active online. Stay away unless you want to get scammed

Place has really cute stuff, shipping takes a long while though but it isnt a scam site! Got my items as described.

I decided to buy a few face masks from Nikkilipstick back in August. I knew shipping would take a bit because of Covid, but she said that orders with masks would be prioritized, so I figured I'd get them in early October at the very latest. Around the middle of October I got concerned, because my order hadn't even shipped. Every time I reached out to her via her support email, I got no response. Eventually, I contacted her on Instagram and she promised the order would ship that week. Two weeks passed, still nothing. I filed a dispute with Paypal, and she made the shipping label. Ten days after that, still nothing. I had to escalate the dispute to finally get word that my package had shipped. This was late november. If she had been taking a break from the store, I would have understood, but she was constantly on social media and was even releasing new products! She never apologized for the delay or offered any explanation for what was taking so long. I'm giving two stars because I did end up getting my products and the quality is pretty good (Though the masks didn't have a pocket for a filter, which is a little annoying since I payed nearly ten dollars for each mask), but until she improves her customer service I will not be making another purchase.
