If you want to survive in this company, you have to be in their "closed circle". Policies are also one of the biggest concerns, designed to frustrate employees. Lack of good quality work and they have very limited projects due to false commitments and unorganized system.
Be very careful in your decision. The CEO has become aged and is dependent on people who has no value or ethics. The CFO thinks he knows all and trying to run the company leading into disaster. They have useless people in the top and only their favorites get what they want. This not a good place for employees. They will fire at Will. Their HR is a joker who dances to the tunes of clueless/Ruthless VP's.

We contacted them about acting about a project and we agreed on deliverables. It was sad that after pumping resources into the project most of the deadlines were not met and all they could do was to promise us stuff they could not deliver.
