Order took way too long to ship waited way too long to even get a tracking number won't be purchasing again from here my item still hasn't arrived. For the amount I paid for one dress I expected to get it sooner

I found this clothing business on jane.com and decided to check out their website. Amazing customer service and beautiful clothes and accessories for women and girls. I especially love their mommy and me collection. My daughter and I have received tons of compliments on our matching dresses and tops. Love Xcel Couture!

I bought 7 items from Jane and 6 of them were all crap except for the mommy and me dress I bought from Xcel Couture. I will simply purchase directly from their website in future

They sent me a child's size large dress instead of the maternity size large dress I ordered. Then when I wanted to exchange it they were magically out of my size. They told me to try to sell the child's dress on my own. I finally agreed to just take the medium maternity because that is more of use to me than child's dress. Then instead of sending me a return label they wanted me to pay to send back the other item and when it is received they would send me the medium. They have been nothing short of terrible with customers service and I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.
