Where do I begin :/ I ordered 1 jacket from them and the material seemed cheap plus the size was wrong. I returned the item and only got reimbursed PARTIALLY. I tried to ask their customer rep why this happened and they gave me the run around about the difference of euro to dollars which I did the conversion and the amount came out different to what they said. They are obviously stealing from their customers so please STAY AWAY from this company, they are THIEVES and they don't care because no will do anything about it.

I ordered a pair of Levi's shorts. Fast shipping, considering the period. But to my surprise: 1) The model is not what I ordered 2) the shorts are obviously fake. The Levi'S label is roughly cut and badly sewn on jeans. I will definitely ask for a refund, hoping that the process will not be an odyssey like many other customers have told. Never again!

Avoid!
The customer service is very rude and entirely dismissive.
Am trying to get a refund whilst they just ignore my request!

Tip for consumers:
Avoid guys! Save your sanity and money from getting scammed

Have been shopping with nohow for years but recently the customer service has been terrible.
I returned a coat back in January and it's been stuck in customs.
When I contact them about it they just tell me how it's my responsibility, but they told me on previous emails that they sent paper work off to release it so I'm not sure what's going on.
Personally I think in these situations they would honour a refund as I have been with them for years but they just sent me a snotty email telling me how it's my responsibility and to contact the the airport.
I won't be shooting with them again be very careful dealing with them as it's not a professional company anymore.

I ordered a pair of pants and it seams ripped open at 4 different spots after wearing them for four hours. After asking my money back, they let me know that they consider wearing the pants a (mis)use of them so they could not re-imburse me with any of my mones. I can only recommend to stay away

Despite spending a total of 103 euros on Nohow and them sending me the wrong order, they have only refunded me 44 euros. Now they want me to spend more money on them. Absolute disgrace. You will not get your order or your money

Never received the product and the company refuses to help me because I opened a PayPal dispute after 1 month that I didn't receive my order.

I AM DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED.

I WANT MY REFUND I DONT EVEN WANT TO BUY ANYMORE FROM A COMPANY LIKE THAT.

Avoid this website.
I made an order 11 days ago and they haven't even shipped it yet and don't even know when or if they will actually do. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered a jacket with a gift card from a previous item they haven't refunded. Sent me the wrong item and wont offer a full refund. Judging by other users reviews it appears this is a scam company

I am from Dubai, ordered four shirts totalling Euro 204 (Discounted amount paid post applying their Summer Code) plus courier charge of Euro 7.5

Had to pay custom duty of about Euro 15 upon receiving the shirts in Dubai to learn the issue with sizes.

Paid Courier charges of about Euro 45 again to send back the items.

For items being returned there was another custom duty charged for Euro 129 out of which one third was charged on my account rest was paid by Nohowstyle. So I paid Euro 43 as my share of custom fee for returning the shirts.

They could only replace one shirt as next sizes weren't available for rest of the three shirts. But the shirt being replaced was adjusted with its original price of Euro 55 in the store credit given to me, whereas they should have adjusted its initial discounted price.

Finally I was given store credit of Euro 108 for returning three shirts having adjusted my share of custom fee Euro 43 and Euro 55 for shirt being replaced.

Out of no other choice I ordered two more shirts using the store credit of Euro 108, however this time their summer discount code wasn't being accepted as I had to use the store credit. Which means I had to pay the higher amounts for similar shirts which I returned. So this time I had to pay additional amount of Euro 39 that includes courier charge of Euro 15 this time, and not Euro 7.5 which I paid while ordering shirts first time.

Net Net for my original purchase order Of Euro 213 for four shirts including initial courier charged, I have paid Euro 142 additional (total Euro 355) for getting three shirts.

And to be honest shirt qualities aren't worth this much amount at all. It's far from being worth this much.

I must say their customer service has been responding well and in timely manner however in their responses I haven't felt any empathy towards my financial losses. They just ask you to refer to their so called "return policy". But who reads these fine prints while ordering. But I accept my mistake of not reading them fully.

I assume it's a complete NO NO to order from NoHowStyle from outside Euro Zone.

I appreciate custom duties are not in control of anyone however, they should have a Robust process to justify reruns not to be charged custom duties.

I've made this mistake and will never repeat.

I have ordered a lot of clothes totally for 2070,- i returned the goods to Nohow because the size and fitting was very bad. They received the return already 4 Weeks ago and they dont refund me my money! The support always has strange excuses or does not answer at all. Now im dealing with paypal to get my money back! Avoid this shop if you dont want to loose your money...

AMERICAN DONT BUY
This company is a scam, don't order, don't buy.
Costumer service terrible, delivery take 4x times expected.
The size are 2 times smaller, neither no option to send it back ~ you got to pay from your pocket about 100$
Read the review before to buy.
I'm doing the necessary to fill up a report and impeach them to sell in USA.

Horrible experience made with this store! All bad reviews here are true with this online shop.

I ordered a shirt which came in a total different colour and fit. Item was nearly starting to rip apart from the backsite of the shirt as well.

I wanted to return it, but they said that they will not issue me a full refund for this shirt and when I asked them why, they refused to talk with me further and ignored all my messages.

I was lucky that I only bought an item which was 40 Euro.

Quality is from China, NOT ITALY! They are only a cheap reseller and their customer service does not exist (horrible)

I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Made an order but after payment was taken Nohow stated there was a fraud issue. (They took the money of course though) After i proved I was card holder the order was "Processing". After two days and not hearing anything i complained. Now my order is apparently cancelled (I wrote either return my money or send the clothes) they opted to cancel it. Now, not only will i received no clothes. Surprise surprise... no money refunded so far. (I will state to be honest in this review, i am writing this within the 15 days they said they would refund) However i will point out holding someones money for a long unnecessary period is worrying and does not feel good. They were very efficient in taking my money of course, that part they have down. I am gutted i wasted my time with these idiots. The most arrogant customer service department around that seeks to fight and argue instead of owning mistakes and providing some reassurance. Don't waste your time and money. I doubt they even sell clothes and i am not hopeful after reading reviews that ill see my money again. 130 euros down.

I ordered 4 items of 200 euros worth, at 19th of july. They came to me at greece at 30th of august. They didn't fit me so I asked a replacement or a refund. 2 months passed and 2 items of the 4 were returned to me in the right size. However, there wasn't any refund for the rest. Instead of that, they sent me 2 gift cards that they are invalid and they don't work to their website. I am totally disappointed and furious because they don't answer my e-mails any more and there calling center is never answering! They didn't meet my expectations at all and for the record the quality of items wasn't good! Very bad customer service because the contact with them is really difficult and you will need a lot of patience in case your items aren't as good as you expected and you want to change them. Be careful of that because you won't find an easy solution in that case and propably you will lose your money like me.!

Placed an order on 11/02, Nohow CS claimed it to be a suspecious transaction and asked me to provide an ID which I did, although I did check out using a verified Paypal ship address!

Anyway after I submitted my ID I didn't hear from them, (Turned out they were only buying some extra time; don't carry everything they display online according to users exp below) completly ignored several of my emails and would not reply only after I opened a Paypal dispute and asked for a full money back.

Now instead of issuing my full refund and apologising for their mistakes, I had to wait for another 15-days to get my 500 Euros back because of their so called "internal policy"

Long story short, I can't get my order shipped nor can I get my 500 Euros back, I have to behave and wait for these narcisstic money-hungry crooks to bestow their mercy on me who knows, one of these days.

Today I got another message from Nohow CS threatning me to further delay my refund If I don't behave (after I told them I'll post my shop exp on Trustpilot).

As a response to his threat, I'm going to go ahead and post a link to this thread on a Utube vid of another fashion model and ask him to pin it on top of the comments, this way we'll further help him expose this company he worked for and save other shoppers from these unscrupulous scammers.

Same experience as the other user. I ordered soemthing and sent it back, claiming a refund. Now they have the goods back but don't send me my money back. SO in effect I lost the total 180 Euro I ordered for.

I ordered goods worth over 650 at 14th of July.
As I was not satisfied with fit and quality, I sended back the goods within the 14 days. The package arrived at NOHOW at 1st of August.
After 21 days of not receiving any refund I sent an e-mail to NOHOW. They confirmed that the package has been received and ensured me that the refund will be send immediately. On 9th of September I still haven't received the refund and asked again. Same answer.
Today, 8th of October, over 2 month after my return package arrived at NOHOW I still haven't received the refund.
When I opened a paypal case they even started negotiating with me about the refund amount.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IF YOU HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM
I consulted my attorney and he handed me out the advice to initiate a legal dunning process (in german: Gerichtliches Mahnverfahren). You can buy the form in a stationery shop or download it online and hand it in to a german court. You have to pay for the effort and translation but in the end NOHOW is legally bounded to pay you back all the extra costs you had to pay to get your money back.
