I purchased this product for my car to remove a bad odor that no one can figure out where it is coming from. (Possibly a dead rodent in the vents somehow)
Either way, the product doesn't work!
It claims to remove odors up to 150 sq ft and yet doesn't even work inside a little Honda HRV.
Save your money!

To be fair I've only tried once and it was on grout of a ceramic tile floor. Those circumstances may affect the effectiveness of the product. I'll try again.

Hopefully, these bags work as advertised. The presentation is crude. I asked for a frame work to flatten the bag , increase surface area exposure and show some class if exposed. Nothing on your site!

This is exactly what we needed. Our family member was not found for many days after he expired. While there was professional cleanup, there was the problem of smaller items that had the intense odor. We put these odor removers in a sealed container with important documents and waited. It is definitely working but will take some time to fully remove because we have only just received these odor removers a few days ago.

Made a mistake and only sent one bulb. I contacted them and they immediately sent another bulb. Did not question me about receiving two of them(which I did not). Will buy from them again.

I never reached anyone, Still waiting on a callback after four days. I am trying to return the piece of junk but nobody will return my phone call. I'm extremely unsatisfied with both customer service and this product. I want a refund.

Fast and efficient - ordering process was very easy. Shipment ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Saturday.

I called with questions and a wonderful, patient man answered and helped me. I had to dash off of the phone to take an important call from what I thought was the Unemployment Office (still waiting since March for payments so that was urgent :). Process was simple, but when I went to enter my promo code received by email...it didn't work. I still completed my order, but that needs to be fixed. Other than that, I am excited to use these products.

I've only just started using them, but I think they actually work! I'm trying to find out how many uses I can get out of one pad. So far, I am only using them at bedtime or out to eat after an evening , but this seems to be the best thing I've found so far for my problem.

Definitely worth the money, especially if I can get one weeks use out of one. Give it a try if you have Post colostomy reversal issues like I do. And good luck.
