This gaming company has some interesting games like Pocket Styler, but their general orientation toward customers is very exploitative. Support is rude, money and time invested in them get lost. Whenever there is an attempt from my side to collaborate, communication is frustrating. I would recommend not entering any form of bond with Nordcurrent and its products

Customer service is horrible. They rig their games you give them a bad review and you drop down in the rankings. Buy something I app purchase and they don't fulfill purchase but they have no problem taking your money. I have disallowed any of the apps on any devices in my household including husband and children.

Worst customer support send out an automated generic reply take your money and cheat you . Do not buy products in the game apps . They have more bugs in there system than an ant farm
The title says it all. The game is amazing! Has so much potential, even after being released 7 years ago but the company has destroyed it over time. Littering it with ads, erasing progress, making gems impossible to obtain, taking out updates that helped with the progression of the game and neglect of their players.
I would like people to play the game but asking them to stay away from it could potentially make nordcurrent realize what they are doing.
I have made several purchases on the pocket styler game ( bought gems, bags etc) and used it buy items like skirts, scarfs, and other items and then it disappears from my inventory and suddenly is a required item to play. So I'm being cheated out of my money and I can't proceed in the game without shelling out more money for something I already paid for and forced to buy it again. I have contacted support but they take forever to fix issues and sometimes they just ignore you and do nothing to help you! That's not right and I'm fed up.
Game keeps saying server error 0 and tells me to check my internet wich is working fine. Then it says to contact you but can not do that either. This is airplane chfs game
Pocket Styler is an AI driven game. They have employees on Facebook pages and other social media comments sections who will attack and berate you for saying that you have noticed that other "players" and the so called "voting", is AI. I remember when I could use the app and play the game, and it was fun and entertaining. Now every time I try to open the app, it crashes immediately, to the point that I cannot even open the app at all. Is this company unable to grasp that these issues hurt their revenue? They certainly are able to make update after update and bring out new styles and new games as well as new features but they can't fix this problem of the app crashing? I'm certainly not the only person who has complained about it. It makes me question what is the purpose of providing this game app?

They have charged me for unauthorized purchases. I had to seek a refund from Apple.

The game Cooking Fever looks innocent enough, although it was not much to my liking. It was tough to work on the small screen. The real kicker is what happens later. They warn you that there will be a charge but is comes across as free from apple. About two weeks later they send out an e-mail with a receipt for about $25. The e-mail is from *******@gamesapple.com. If you do not want it there is a download you can tap (Do NOT do it!) It says if you do not want this charge to fill in the information requesting even your Social Security number and credit card number. If this happens to you please report it to apple by sending the e-mail to *******@apple.com. There was no charge made through apple they are just data mining.
