Taking the Tumeric Curcumin powder daily mixed with a little oil and poured over yogurt starts my day! I feel it has eased my arthritis pain making me feel stronger.
I bought the 95% curcumin turmeric extract and was severely disappointed. I bought it to use for a traditional golden paste turmeric recipe and it turned into dodgy inedible gelatinous slime. This product is not turmeric. I have since found reviews of this product on Amazon that describe very similar experiences with this product. I emailed customer support on 1/5/21 asking for a refund and for them to cancel my ongoing subscription, but have not received a reply from them. Avoid at all costs.

The bottle of organic extra strong Turmeric I ordered came with the seal broken. I have yet to get a reply to the email I sent requesting an explanation

I ordered the coffee and turmeric product and received the wrong product. I've sent emails, called and left messages (and am always directed to an answering machine) - with no response.
Very poor customer service so far.

The website BBM is out of date and useless.
Their opening hours are not as advertised and they do not have any presence at the advertised address at currumbin qld.
Waste of half a day wanting to purchase product!
As above delivery very unsuitable. Happy to take money but not deliver. Very unhappy as I need to start due to medical reasons
