I purchased a nexiq 2 truck scanner. Received this interface and it don't work. When I say don't work the thing don't even light up. Been trying to get a replacement. They want to know what software I'm using. When it don't power up from the get go its not a software issue. They do not understand English, For that matter they don't understand at all. Do not purchase anything from them. They will not return money and they will not send a new one. Scam site.

I've got doip sd c4 with soft and loptap. I received my goods in good condition, and they serve well. Everything is working properly. Thanks!

We Bought A scanner From Obd2tool.com, It Does Not Work For The Application On The Website, Counterfeit, Fake, I contacted them 9 times, They Went On vacation For Two Weeks, Then Started Playing Games, Very Shady Business.

L got my ms908cv last month. It works very well. I like it so much. The
MS908CV supports commercial vehicle programming and relearn functions.
The commercial vehicle models is from heavy duty trucks to medium and
Light duty diesels, and from buses to agricultural & industrial
Machinery. And the vehicle coverage can cover Volvo, Toyota, Foton
Daimer, Isuzu, Bendix, Allison, Mack and much more.

I ordered JCB duty truck diagnostic tool, labeled as JCB. When i try to install it the message was " unable to install CAT CA4".( See attachment) I contacted them and they remotely installed the driver for CAT then reprogrammed it for JCB.( See attachment) So, it is working on the current computer but unfortunately I then tried to install it on another laptop and it gave me same faulty message it was a CAT product. After arguing with them to return and resend the correct product they refused. The problem is that CAT diagnostic tool is $170 cheaper than JCB tool and i am paying for something I didn't ordered and they try to fix it instead of taking responsibility for this mistake. They made now adjustments on their website to advise customers of the fact that you need to call and activate for a fee, but I am stuck with this problem a wrong tool and they won't take accountability for it. If I chose to resell or change laptop i need to pay another fee again. It would have been so simple to return and resend it, now I am stuck with $1000 worth of headache.
I don't recommend this company at all after this experience. Its a 50/50% with them it seams.

Initially, I gave a 1 star review, because item hadn't shipped after 1 week since purchase. After complaint, the item was shipped, and arrived. I have only used it a few times in the first week, so I don't know how long the item lasts before it doesn't work, but so far, so good.
