Piece of crap company - took my $155 for 4 cheeseboards and multiple texts telling me how sorry they are trying to locate them - COVID crap and one excuse after another. Told them contacting Better Business and all the sudden their email is full. Don't do it - its a scam.

They take your money. They send u crap random $#*!. Again do not order from them. They should be charged with fraud!

This company claims to sell wooden platters to serve cheese and cold cuts with cute serving silverware. It advertises both on Instagram and Facebook. I ordered and paid for a set and waited several months. When I didn't receive my order I emailed their service department they responded by saying "our records show it was delivered to your mailbox." First of all I have a standard size mailbox, the package would not fit. I checked with post office they don't have a record of it. I contacted the service department again they only provided a date.
As I worked from home due to the pandemic I would not have missed a package being delivered. So as of this date I have not received what I ordered or a refund.

This is a scam! Placed an order with them in March and still getting the runaround, I have reported them to Federal Trade Commission!

I sent money in March hoping to have two cheese, crackers and cold cuts tray delivered from Oenron by Mother's Day.
Mother's Day came and went but no delivery. When I contacted customer service they reported they had been sent. Waited some more.
Then I started emailing them every day. Got really stupid responses. Finally in June they said they would resend. Waited some more. Nothing. I asked for a tracking number. Was given one. In mid July the package had arrived in Hawaii. I thought ok this is progress. August - still in Hawaii. Asked about tracking number and when it would be delivered. The USPS said that the package had no address in the states to send it to. So I asked if they could give the Hawaiian USPS my address to be delivered. They said no. Now it is too late to retract my payment that was sent back in March. What a scam. So disappointed. DO NOT ORDER from Oenron. Hopefully Facebook has removed their adds from their page. So sad! Can't trust people over the internet.
