I never received a package from them and when I inquired, I got an extremely rude e-mail which did not help me resolve the situation at all. I'm out $100 and absolutely furious
Olfactif's perfumes are nice, but their way of doing business is scammy. I sent a friend ONE month subscription, but they rebilled to my shock (why would anyone rebill a gift going out of state?) and did not respond to emails to NOT send even though they were sent WAY before business hours and should have been seen.
So I was billed for something that didn't even go to my state. Like the other person, I have to get my bank involved now.
It's a very foolish way of doing business, because I would have been a reoccurring subscriber telling all my friends about it, but they decided $40 one time was better than good word-of-mouth and multiple-month subscriptions.
Tip for consumers:
Even if you dare to get it for yourself, don't gift to out of state--you'll get burned.
Products used:
It's going to another state--how could I use it? It will never get to me.
I paid for ONLY 3 MONTH subscription to test this companies service and fragrance selection and now I'm on repetitive billing.
Contacted Olfactif and its now been OVER a week with zero responses to my request to cancel the service and inform them I was not notified of the re-bill until I checked my billing statement.
Company is NOT responsive and now I am having to file a claim with Wells Fargo due to their non-response. This company loves to take advantage of their customers under the re-bill SCAM. I advise you to STEER CLEAR unless you want to forcefully pay for a service you don't want nor need. Be Careful. You've been warned!
