Very good place to buy your health foods. My chicory roast granules is of top quality. Prompt email of your order with a number. The more you buy the cheaper the shipping will be. Prices of products are reasonable. Shipping time is right on as well. Recommend them.
This company, Omfoods.com, also known as Organic Matters, appears to have a great, extensive variety of organic foods. The prices for their products are apparently very reasonable at first glance. Do not celebrate yet, however, and definitely gird your loins when it is time to checkout of their online store because shipping has only one option and it may well raise the price of your total order by at least 50% which is a true disappointment because, otherwise, the site would be a real gem. However, it's not worth the shipping fee shock.
Poor customer service. Ordered 3 large bags of Chamomile Tea. All three bags hatched insects. Company refuses to take responsibility for their quality control, implying it is the customer's fault for not killing any bugs/larvae by freezing their products for several weeks.
If I wanted to eat bugs with my tea, I would have ordered crickets.
Do not buy from them unless you don't mind insects infesting your house and pantry.
As the owner of Organic Matters, I am very sorry to hear of your tremendous level of disappointment from this situation, especially as you are a loyal past customer.
Even though we may have thousands of very satisfied customers, we take every customer complaint very seriously. Unfortunately, although the policy is clearly stated on our website, you were clearly unaware of the time limitations of a quality claim such as yours.
We guarantee the quality of all products as they leave our warehouse but can't take responsibility for the storage condition this product had for the past 7 months in your pantry.
If indeed you decide to share your dissatisfaction with your friends, we hope you also mention that you waited 7 months to make your claim and in this way let them decide if we are unreasonable or not in sticking with our policy.
Going forward, we certainly would hope you change your mind about OM and give us another chance to make you a satisfied customer again.

FYI, freezing products for a couple weeks usually does a wonderful job of killing off bugs, especially when needing longer-term storage.
