I ordered to good to be true priced cloths and Nothing thing there out of Business Don't waste your time

I bought 5 t-shirts from www.onefaci.com
They didn't send me one of them and I requested a refund for it.
After 2 mounts, I received an email and we did a refund, they said. I never ever received this refund. Still, they are saying you should reach to your bank about the refund. Sorry guys but you are a big liar!

I ordered a vest, a beanie and a t-shirt on 2021-03-11 and I received only the t-shirt, wich is of a pretty poor quality and definitely not worth the price.
Customer service do not answer your questions, they keep sending back the same pre-written template even tho you give them the information they are asking for. Basically it feels like they don't read anything you write. It is as frustrating as it is annoying. They just do not care.
So in the end, almost 2 month and still not received the vest that I ordered.
I might surprise and receive my order someday, but as far as this experience go, avoid this shop. If it's not a scam, it's close enough to be a waste of your money.

Order $135 of stuff only got half of it and it wasn't right either asked for refund still no reply and it took 4 months to get what I did get

Oh, I like his products very much. I specially sold them to my husband. He likes them very much. He said that he is continuing to buy new styles of polo.

I bought a hoodie pants and belt from these people these cloths they sell are cheap af fake pockets the pants only had 3 pockets that work cheap material look spray painted up close and it took 3 months to get if this company wants to make this right here is my email *******@gmail.com

This website shows items they dont intend to sell.
I made an order for 200$ and it took them 25 days to prepare the package so i asked to cancel the order and get a refund.
Customer support is not answering the emails lucky i was able to cancel the order from the website it self and was refunded 165$ since they charge on canceling.
Eventually one item arrived that i could not cancel since it was shipped i waited additional 2 weeks and the item has nothing to do with what was advertised
Not the material, not the design, not the size
I sent an email requesting a refund and got an answer they will refund me 15$ for item worth 55$
I decided to loose also these 15$ as i understood they blackmale me trying to make me pay for additional shipping.
I was lucky to save 165$ but concerned what they will do with my credit card.
I will be really surprised if the "customer support" will answer back.

STAY AWAY! DANGER!

Took an order off 3 items, 120eu+. Got the delivery. Items are teriblle quality. Sizes does not mach at all. I wear 3xl ordered 4xl and 5xl does not fit. Asked for return info. And mo ey back. Got one email with the question whats wrong. And from that point totaly ignored my emails :) 100%cheap $#*! chineese $#*! clothing and a great scaming site. I dont recomend to order anything from onefaci.com now i have some expensive wipes, to clean oil in the garaze... Tame care peeps

VERY happy with my purchase! Being a new onefaci shopper, onefaci was very patient and quick to respond to my questions. Will DEFINITELY buy from again. Also, nice quality shirt and packaging.

This company if they really are one, are nothing but robbers. Take your money, not send the order, after 2 months asked for a refund said they would send and didnt, said we had a credit note, buggar off, ROBBERS

And e mails and or unresponsiveness and or template replies

Are just there to stall 1 - 3 months time
So that you cannot get your moneys refunded by paypal, creditcard or consumer protection
