Onemoreoutfit

I placed an order back in November of 2021 and paid $25 for guaranteed 8 days expedited shipping. I still haven't received my item. I was told my item was out of stock because it's a best seller. That's not my fault. Why guarantee 8 day shipping times on items that are out of stock? So almost 3 months later and I'm sitting here with nothing, and this scam company has my $60.
My tracking says in transit. Is a person swimming from China with my hoodie?

I ordered 2 white pants eavh with different designs. Size small mens based on their chart. I received i pair of large womans grey pants with peace signs and other 60's related patterns. I'm out 50 bucks but learned a lesson in dealing with these scammers. I don't know how to attatch photos let alone how to work my camera phone. Just wanted an address to send their screw up back. Dont buy anything from this site.

I realize that there are shipping issues all over the place these days. That said I've been waiting for 3 months for them to send me a pair of pants.

What I've received instead is a series of emails that says" we're sorry but the item that you've selected is out of stock"

Now I've made 5 different selections and recurved the exact same email each time.

My guess is that they have a email generating loop that nobody ever actually reads.

All this being said, I've decided that the horrible customer service(not a term to be used with this company) is actually beyond reconciled ridiculous at this point and I'm on it for the long haul to see if they ever actually deliver a product to me.

It took over a month to get my package and then it was only half of my order. The email that they give for cust service doesn't work and they don't reply to the chat. I will be logging a complaint with PayPal. Don't waste your money with this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will take forever to ship, they will ship the wrong size, and play dumb if you try to cancel the order. If you mess up and need to cancel BE SURE to ask for a cancellation confirmation number, and a cancellation confirmation email. They will try to tell you to just take a screenshot if you ask for a transcript, but demand a confirmation number if you are on chat with them! STEER CLEAR! Very unprofessional! I attached a screenshot of one of our chats with them telling me to take a screenshot instead of giving me a transcript, which i had to figure out how to do myself and told them how... and THEN when I send them the copy of the screenshot, they say its "not clear" and "too small"

Bought 2 pairs of sandals and wow so pleased! They are comfortable stylish well made and unlike anything I could buy on the high street Also their customer service is the best I have ever had as queries were answered instantly! I love this company will not hesitate to buy from them again and again

My experience with onemoreoutfit has been nothing but good.
The quality of the clothing has been great.
I wish the shipping time was a little less of a wait but who doesnt get excited for new clothes?:)
