“I got an app idea few months ago, I asked more than...”

I got an app idea few months ago, I asked more than five companies to develop it and got negative answer accepting openxcell and from that time Openxcell is my favorite app development and Marketing Company. They will take some more time to develop your app but make it perfect according to your idea.

“Good product, but not honest and will take 5 times over the specified completion period”

I have developed a website and app through openxcell, they make a good product, but I will discount that as we had to direct them every aspect of the way and had to micromanage the changes. They are not a honest company and was evident from the very beginning. We had a sales rep who we were speaking to that promised heaven and more, but once we signed the contract, we were told he has left the company, no one leaves in one day, this should have been alarm bell number 1. As development progressed, the company became slower and slower at delivering milestones until they finally admitted they were overwhelmed by too many projects and couldn't dedicate resources to us unless we paid upfront even though the agreement was to pay upon completion of milestones. We paid nonetheless and were promised the work would be completed in a months time, I am writing this 3 months down the line and we have been forced to launch with bugs to avoid any more delays as it is costing us dearly. The project was initially supposed to run for 24 weeks as was inditcated in our contract, but here we stand over 120 weeks later when they finally delivered the product, we had a call with the CEO who said that they had wrongly quoted the time frame and it should have been longer and it was an error on their side. They also promised us things which weren't in the contract but said it was such a small issue that it would be included complimentary but it was a tactic by the sales rep for us to close the deal and when we brought it up, they informed us we would be charged extra for the same. They had told us they would give us a discount on the total bill due to the delays, but when the final invoice came, it was for the full amount and they refused to upload the apps to the app store until we paid and were forced to pay to avoid delays. We have compiled a case to pursue legal action against them.
