They have the worst service it doesn't matter if you go to a branch, use the webpage, the app or call by phone. If you try to buy online using their credit/debit card, it won't be accepted at most places. Recently, I placed an online order in a Canadian Store and I call to notify about the charge, and I personally went to the branch to notify it again and make sure they didn't decline it; for nothing because they did decline it, so Inhad to call again, then call the Store, for them to charge it again. But the worst was that, afemyer all the inconveniences, I was charged $2.77 for the international transaction; and no one ever told me about it.
