I have been shopping with this company for a few yrs now(mainly because they would give little gifts with every purchase, then they started charging for the "gifts". I recently bought something and paid extra for a gift and got GIFT WRAP instead! This is something that should be clearly marked and concidering that most of there products oxidize within days sometimes at least wrapping could be free. I tryed to contact them through email but Palm Beach refused the email. So many companies like this have continued to sink to new lows when it comes to customer service after they have established a profitable website, its a shame, but I can always find another site to buy jewelry as they are everywhere online

I have been ordering from this site for many years and have always received great service. They are happy to help if you have any questions or need recommendations on an item. The support staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the products are great quality. On the occasion where I have had to return something, I always receive a prompt credit on my account. They also send return labels with your items in case you need to send something back and you have the option of sending it with return postage due, meaning THEY pay the shipping back to them, not you. I think that is an outstanding service. I will continue to shop here for years to come.
