Years ago I purchased a Exerpeutic Folding Upright Bike With Pulse from Wayfair.

The recumbent bike's seat is larger than standard size and, wanting to protect it from wear and tear, I wanted to purchase a seat cover.

Wayfair no longer carries the Exerpeutic, a seat cover was not among the parts listed on the manufacturer's website, and I could only find seat covers too large or too small elsewhere online. (The most satisfactory of the latter would cost me upwards of $70- more than I should have to pay for something that won't be quite right.)

I contacted Paradigm, requesting, if nothing else, a price (point) and/or referral and received a reply indicating that, "as a one-time" courtesy I would receive the custom-made seat cover gratis!

I bought this product and I truly enjoy it. I have the workout plans and it really helps my journey.
