My business partner and I spent so much money and time with this company to get a simple website built only to find out that they were frauds! Of course they were having a "sale" on pricing! That's how they lure you in... don't trust that! "SUPPOSEDLY " 2 of the 3 people Alex and Randall who we were dealing with were fired for lack of professionalism which was communicated to me a month after I initiated the process and called and emailed constantly with NO RESPONSE, until we canceled the payment... Ridiculous! Now I can't stop them from blowing up our phone! NEVER trust people who show you who they are up front! TOTAL Crooks!

Too many things went wrong on their end for my liking. I haven't recieved half of what was promised in the contract that they wrote. I just want my period of ownership and I can't even get that!

Don't waist your money! They are aweful! I had the most unpleasant experience ever! Worst customer service, you will do the work not them... if I can give 0 I would!

Please be aware of Paragon Logo. They might seem great at communicating at first, but as soon as you encounter any issue, they disappear and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone. They do not respond back to msgs left, texts, nothing. They do not answer the calls from the number that they know belong to you or your company (numbers you previously spoke to them with). If you call with a new number, they answer but as soon as they find out it's you calling about why they haven't finished the job you paid for, the line conveniently disconnects and you get an automated "sorry we are unavailable" msg when you call back with that number. Unless you can call with different phone number every time you call, don't expect to reach anyone from Paragonlogo.

I made a full payment for a service and then COVID got in the way, I am now trying to re-establish communication with my PM and cannot get anyone, now it says website is down. Ricky Anderson was my PM, I have sent him emails to no avail. He sounded like a genuine guy but why wont he reply to his emails now

From day one I was impressed by their customer service over the phone. Not only are they very fast and courteous, they are professionals at what they do although my logo was perfect when they created it a couple of years ago I just had an add on done to my logo for change of color and for animation purposes it was another great experience. Working with all companies should be this easy we are quick to point out bad service which we should but most definitely we should not forget to point out professional experts. They take your money, make a lot of promises then dissappear. Suddenly and without warning communication slows and then you are stuck.

It starts with a simple website creation, then you need this, and then this, and then this. The dollars keep climbing and you never get what is promised. Always something else needed. Amex has their number and I have had charged backs. The money you pay goes to individuals and not the company. When you do a charge back you get a call back asap from your POC yelling at you and demanding you remove the dispute. I have paid for services that were never done and attempted charges for items I did not need. Make sure you keep you Domain and Host under your control, you account or they will charge you for services you do not need nor want.

I started working with Ricky Anderson back in 2019 - I was new in the digital industry. There were some ups and downs and initially it was a little bit hassle for me but throughout the project Ricky stood by me and guided me on what to do and what not to do to generate a good lead funnel. Kudos to the team Paragon Design.

The first price what they ask was $69 for logo, after they finish job they ask + $340. If i am not pay $340 i do not get the logo ( that i paid already). Very bad experience with this company

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR! THEIR WEBSITE REVIEWS ARE FRAUDULENT AND DECEIVING!

If I could give 0 stars for for this company I would. This company is not honest and upfront about their fees. I am a new business owner and have never had a website built. I was trusting them to be professional and forthright with exactly what it would cost to build a website and design a logo. When I first contacted them they told me it would cost me 350.00 to build an entire website. I thought that is an incredible price. Eric told me that it was a one day sale only. Even though I wasn't ready to start the business and didn't even have my legal set up fees completed he assured me that it was no problem. They would take the money and they could just make a template and wait to work on it when I was ready. He told me I had a 100% guarantee that it would be made to my liking. Eric never told me there would be extra fees to complete the website. They were not honest. A company should always tell you all the fees up front so that you can make an informed decision if you can afford their services. The next time we talked he told me that they needed more money to the write content. He actually told me that he would give me a deal and charge me 300.00 for the content writing and a logo. They also told me I would need SEO which costs 3000. 00 but they would give me a deal on that too. They said 75% coupon so it would cost me 1500. 00 and I could make payments. Then I was told that it would cost to put products on my page. They could only put on 3 pictures of products on my page. If all of these expenses would have been disclosed on the first phone call I would have been able to say that I wouldn't be able to afford a website with them at this time and could have looked for alternatives. The more I spoke with them the more money I found out it would cost for me to have my website, they more I realized I got involved in a scam company. I am an elementary school teacher and a single mom of two boys. I am about to possibly lose my job because of Covid-19 and I needed this website built so I could start my online business and get money coming in. I do not have a completed website that I can use. The only thing I can say positive is that Eric built me a beautiful logo for my business. That cost me 100.00. So the company has stolen 550.00 from me! The logo wasn't worth the 550.00 I lost. Beware if you contact this company make sure they are upfront with their costs and that you get everything in writing. I should have made them put everything in writing! Now I need to file fraudulent charges to get my money back. They also promised me that I would have a 100% money back guarantee. That is a joke. Another red flag is that this company has so many different numbers to call. They are probably all cell phone numbers. They do not have one business number. Every time you call too, they will put you on hold to get permission from a manager for their pricing. Who does that. Eric told me back on July 1st the best they could do for me is give me a 200.00 credit. I want to get my 550.00 back since I do not have a completed website. All they did is take a template with stock photos and gibberish and put my logo on it and called it my website! I told them that I would take the 200.00 (I didn't want to lose out on all of my money.) It is now July 10th and guess what. They still have not given me a refund. Yesterday a Brian called me. He was trying to get me to stay with their company. I told him I already have a Shopify website that I paid someone to create with my logo on it and it is finished. I do not want their business. I want my refund of 550.00. They should honor their 100% money back guarantee if they are an honest company. Obviously they aren't or they would have been upfront about all of the fees to build the website. They must be desperate for business and not doing well to keep 550.00 from a single mom.

These guys did great job designing my logo and website, and they stood by their "unlimited changes" guarantee until I was completely satisfied (I can be pretty picky)! The price was unbelievable and the customer service was awesome.
