There's a reason he has lawsuits out against him. If you're ever asked to invest with Steven Zeller, I highly advise you to walk away before you do any business with someone that is not completely honest and will not uphold everything he says he will. Whatever business he's running he will get his money, flaunt it, spend it on fancy jets and things and then declare bankruptcy and leave you high and dry, whatever you do, I'd stay away from Steven Zeller and anything he touches.

Hello Mark,

Firstly, I have never declared bankruptcy. The personal attack instead of business review is unprofessional and unnecessary, but everyone is entitled to conduct themselves as they wish online. As for the suits, I only have knowledge of 1 from a group of 9 based in CA, many of which have graced this page with their opinions. The other alleged suit I was never served and had zero knowledge of, nor did I reside in the same state during that time.

You invested into a legitimate business model that was working exceptionally well but ultimately failed due to circumstances outside our control. Amazon made changes to their algorithm, resulting in the deactivation of over 80% of stores under management. I was counseled to shut down the business and move on, which would mean a total loss for all clients. Instead, I chose to fight for you, pivot to a new strategy, and spent significant time and resources working with legal and compliance to reinstate stores, which unfortunately proved to be a futile endeavor.

You, along with all other clients, were informed about the potential risks and that ecommerce is an ever-changing industry with multiple variables outside our control. You signed an agreement acknowledging that you understood and accepted this risk. As with ALL investments, there are never any guarantees. We operated to the best of our ability and I am proud of that.

My focus remains in accelerating the advancement of human civilization through technology that will eradicate cancer and other genetic disease, along with many other innovations. Adversity only strengthens my resolve and failure does not define us.

Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the strength to continue that counts.

I hope you heal and wish you well.

Please take advantage of the free consultation. If you completely understand what they are capable of doing for you it's much easier to see all the benefits. I personally was not aware that this type of business was out there so please check them out.

I'm writing this review to caution anyone who is considering investing with passive e-commerce or Steven Zeller. My husband and I invested $25,000 into what we believed to be a legitimate business model using the platform Amazon. We were made promises by Steven himself and others involved that we would see a return of $3,000 a month after a period of around six months and that we would be able to request a refund of at least $20,000 of the $25,000 we invested if we did not see results within the first 12 months. However, these proved to be fraudulent claims. Steven did not return any of our money and it has been over two years since I invested. My Amazon store was closed down after about 3 months so the only thing I got from this investment was a headache of closing down business credit cards and having to file business taxes to try and recoup some of the lost investment. I have since been made aware there are likely hundreds of investors who were made the same promises and have had the same exact experience, even people who knew Steven personally. He is also in legal trouble for other things aside from this in other states besides California where I reside. I believe he is a narcissistic con artist who preys on hard working people (mother of four here) who are willing to "trust the process" and invest their hard earned money only to learn they will never recoup that money. At this point I feel it's a loss I have to come to terms with, but if I can stop others from having this happen to them I consider that a win. I am grateful I never encouraged friends or family to invest as I felt uneasy from the start and should have gone with my gut. It has become crystal clear that the promises made by Zeller and Passive E-Commerce were nothing more than elaborate falsehoods designed to deceive investors. Despite being educated individuals with good common sense (myself I am a high school administrator) we were misled by convincing presentations and seemingly credible testimonials. I even spoke directly with Zeller on the phone at one point when I was having hesitations. He can sense this out and will do anything he can to assuage that fear and get you to turn over your funds.

This has had a profound impact on my financial situation and I can't begin to describe the frustration and disappointment in realizing that our hard-earned money has been misappropriated by unscrupulous individuals. We can see Steven and his girlfriend on his Instagram account flying around the world in private jets, eating at five star restaurants and seemingly living the high life with no remorse for those he has wronged in his path. I urge you not to invest and run from this scam as fast as you can...I have attached a screen shot of my initial investment as verification that I did in fact send that large sum of money to this company back in December 2021.

If you are going to disparage someone, at the very least, kindly use proper grammar when doing so. My attorney has already sent you a cease & desist letter. Your false claims and slander are subject to legal action.

You sold one of my clients counterfeit product. After multiple requests from my team for you to supply documentation proving the products were legitimate were ignored, my client decided to dispute the charges and won. We did absolutely nothing to wrong you. You then decided to send a barrage of messages to my team, riddled with foul language, insults, and threats. It was the most obscene display of unprofessionalism I have ever witnessed. Should these actions continue, my attorneys have been notified to seek damages. Conduct yourself accordingly.

I hope you heal.

Best,

Do not invest with Steven Zeller or Passive Ecommerce LLC! Myself, among 7 other victims have been subject to the disappointment of working with him and his company. He did not uphold any part of our contracts and refuses to return our investments. We have reported him to the FTC, FBI, Arizona Corporation Commission and attorney general's office in both Arizona and Florida. We have been given the run around since the day I signed our contract in April 2022 - no timelines, no direction, no movement with our storefront. In Jan 2023, I received an email from our account manager, Zach Hale who said he was leaving the company and that was it - we weren't given a new contact or resource. I tried emailing several other contacts in which I received a return email because it was no longer valid. I received no response from Steven until I emailed him again 20 days later. We chatted over the phone in which he promised a full refund, but it would take some time. He scheduled a follow up call 2 months later (April 2023), but went completely silent. This is when I collaborated with 7 other victims and our attorneys. It has been a nightmare, especially because this is so wrong and unjust. I am disappointed.

Hi Chantal,
You invested into a legitimate business model that was working exceptionally well but ultimately failed due to circumstances outside our control. Amazon made changes to their algorithm, resulting in the deactivation of over 80% of stores under management. I was counseled to shut down the business and move on, which would mean a total loss for all clients. You signed an agreement acknowledging that you understood and accepted this risk. As with ALL investments, there are never any guarantees. We operated to the best of our ability and I am proud of that.

You did report this to the above listed organizations, all of which have not pursued it due to the fact that there is no scam, fraud, or illegal activity. A business model that stops working, though unfortunate and disappointing, is not criminal.

I hope you heal, become stronger, and find massive success in life. I understand and share your frustration. Know that I did everything in my power to reverse what happened and reinstate all shut down stores.

Steven Zeller is a worm of a man. Just a few years ago he was giving massages out of his Mazda and providing happy endings to "millionaires" but then just a few short months later dubs himself the eCommerce guru. He has scammed dozens if not hundreds of individuals out of their fees and taken that money to travel the world, buy his gold digging girlfriend jewlery and designer bags as well as cosmetic surgery. He is a man of no morals and a total sociopath that feels no remorse for his crimes. There is no doubt this man belongs in jail. He lives a sad existence with no friends, a family that's abandoned him and he lives his days out now on the run from the law as several judgements have been awarded against him. This man is the worst of the worst and you must stay away.

So much hate and malice in this review it's hard to know where to begin. This is not a review of a business, but a personal attack with zero facts. Since there are so many libelous and defamatory statements packed into this "Karen-style" rant, I will take the time to respond to each:

1. I did own a Mazda RX8 when I was a teenager, over a decade ago, and enjoyed the rotary engine. Wasn't giving millionaires massages out of it and the cars I drove had nothing to do with any of my businesses.
2. I have started many businesses in my career, one of which was a concierge health and fitness company. Our clientele WERE of affluent demographics and we DID offer in-home massage therapy. However, I had employees (independent contractors) conducting nearly all of these services, and can assure you that happy endings were absolutely NOT occurring and would be grounds for instant termination.
3. The "worm of a man" comment...says more about you than about me. I hope you heal.
4. I have never scammed anyone out of anything. Part of being an entrepreneur is accepting that failure is part of the process and I have publicly stated that the business venture you are referring to in this review was initially very successful until circumstances outside our control culminated in the loss of many Amazon stores under management. This unfortunately meant the loss of many people's investments. We operated to the best of our ability and went above and beyond to reinstate stores. I understand that this means some will be very angry, loss is never easy, but this is how life/investing works. While we can't change the past, we can choose to either learn from failure, pick ourselves up, and continue working for a better future...or leave victim-mentality rants online.
5. An attack on my girlfriend is intolerable and disgusting. She has done nothing to you and does not deserve this slight. She has stuck by me in both ups and downs, even when being attacked by people like you. She is incredible, kind, and just wants the world to be happy. I have also never bought her cosmetic surgery and she doesn't really like jewelry, though I have bought her designer bags and she deserves them.
6. I have no remorse for crimes that I did not commit. I have never been convicted of any crimes, though several have "reported" me to the FBI and AG etc. Interestingly, they have all been shut down and turned away as there is nothing criminal about a legitimate business model that simply didn't work out in the end.
7. Judges have determined that I do not belong in jail...I value their opinion over yours, but thank you for providing it all the same.
8. I am hardly "on the run", though I do live abroad and travel often conducting international business outside of ecommerce. I have only been sued by 1 group of 9 based in CA, lead by a professional career litigator who has been involved in countless suits. The other alleged claim I have zero knowledge of, was never served, and did not even reside in AZ during that time. So your statement of having several judgements against me is also false, like everything else listed.

In closing, I understand that things don't always work out the way we hope. That can be very frustrating. I hope you heal and move on/become stronger. I will continue working towards my goals of improving humanity, eradicating cancer and genetic disease, and other causes to advance civilization forward. Adversity simply strengthens my resolve.

Like many others here, I had an awful experience with Passive Ecommerce and Steve Zeller. My store was repeatedly shut down due to policy violations and I lost the entirety of the startup fees I paid to them. I ended up suing PELLC along with several other owners that had similar experiences. We are currently pursuing collections. I regret ever hearing about this joke of an operation.

While Steve may claim that Amazon changed the rules after the fact, the reality is that the policies have always been there and he misled customers into thinking that they'd keep the stores operational and in good standing. Steve also claims that there are no guarantees in business but I'd remind him to look at section 3a of our contract which states that the fee paid to PELLC would be refundable to the extent that the store was unprofitable. Sounds like a guarantee to me, but ultimately just another lie.

I would really think hard before working with Passive Ecommerce LLC or Steve Zeller. I agreed to have Passive Ecommerce LLC and Steve Zeller create an Amazon store for me. The experience was incredibly disappointing, and I ended up suing them for fraud and breach of contract in Broward County, Florida (see Case #CACE*******). 8 other people with similar experiences joined the lawsuit as well. We obtained a judgment against Passive Ecommerce LLC and Steve Zeller on 4/13/23 and are now pursuing collections against them. Interestingly, we learned that Steve Zeller had another judgment for fraud entered against him less than 1 year earlier on 6/8/22 in Maricopa County, Arizona (see Case #CV2021-*******). I would have never worked with him or Passive Ecommerce LLC if I had known about that.
