Ordered my item on July 19th, 2022. Sent the first of three inquiries via email (*******@pawandpet.com) on 7/28. Received a reply from "Reno Mascarin" apologizing for the delay, citing a "high volume of orders" for the delay, but no information on my actual order (#PP3619). I sent another request on 8/4/22. Received a reply on 8/8 from the same representative stating, "Your order is on the way!", but no tracking number was provided. I just sent another email requesting that my card be refunded immediately. This company is trash.

Don't purchase from these scammers!!!

None. Never received it to be able to use.
2x they took out 29.95 out of my bank account for products they never send. No reply email no reply to phone calls. Website is non existent when you try and look it up. They advertise on FB all the time.

Their original site was shut down. They made a new one. That was shut down. Now another! Their support email on the site doesn't work at all (bounces back). They're now using a noreply email address (from github) to send messages. Yesterday I got one saying my payment didn't go through (even though it did and they had taken it!) because the merchant isn't valid (because he was shut down!). Today I got another email saying payment failed because insufficient funds on my card where he tried charging me AGAIN (he skilled last month). So now he can just take money from us whenever he wants on any day? What a joke. Report to FTC and GitHub and Shopify!

I made a order and the person answering back has been the same person reno mascarin I've sent numerous emails and nothing then they just took more money out of my account from a p and p fitness p and p fitness ebo out of NY but the fitness is out of Finland and the phone number is out of California for paw and pet there number is out of Vermont and it a google voice recorder theses put this to and end and stop theses people from scamming everyone
