I ordered two cargo pants based on my kids request. As soon as I finished my order I was charged the amount plus extra for shipping even though shipping was supposed to be free. I also got a message, while I was still on their site, that if I add another cargo pant to my order, I get it even cheaper. I added it and submitted my order and the site froze. I left the site assuming all is good. I get charged the first order amount and two weeks later I get charged the same amount again. I received the third cargo pant only, which was supposed to be my add on and never received my original order. I'm sending emails to customer service and receiving no answer. Ended up paying $60 for one cargo pant that I was supposed to pay $6.99 for it. And it's not worth $10.
