I won for the 2nd time, at an auction, an Am Ex gift card for $25! I was so happy. They sent it, but the post office lost it. Pennies2win basically said "oh we'll". After MANY e-mails, I'm surprised that as a legitimate business, they haven't A) put a trace on the card to see that it hasn't been used, and B) stopped payment on that card, and sent me a new one! They make me feel like I'm trying to put one over on them! Puh-lease! This is just BAD customer service!
