I ordered two salad bowls and two sets of serving utensils. They arrived today! The customer service has been phenomenal! I reached out to them, probably due to operator error and they immediately responded, corrected the issue and gave me a credit for the difference in cost. Further, the items shipped immediately and was packed really well! The quality was also really good. I will definitely order from this company again.
Ordered a salt and pepper set. Sent 3 emails. Called the difficult to find phone. Tells you to send and email. A Google search shows some apartment in marina del Rey for address. At this point $200 billed and 1 month with no response.

After ordering 3 items, charging me for all upfront but only shipping one item- I requested a refund for the other 2 items. I have emailed 3 times and no one is responding. I would not do business with them ever again. Terrible communication and fraudulent business practices. I had to file a dispute for the charge with my credit card company and I also filed a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered a set of dishes on February 14th. It is now September and I still haven't received them even though my card was charged when I ordered them. I have emailed customer service multiple times. They responded to ask me what I was missing and when I told them I'm missing my entire order I got no response. It's too late to dispute the charge on my card now so I guess I'll be filing a small claims suit. Luckily I'm a lawyer.
I was hesitant to purchase based on reviews. But I and so happy I did and pleased with my overall purchase! The items are beautiful and exactly as pictured. They match my kitchen perfectly. They came quicker than expected.

I ordered something ($98 value) 6 months ago and email them for return. Their message was that they were a small company and to be patient and someone would get back to me. They eventually did after months and emailed me return label and would credit me. Well, I sent it back and have never received a credit or a response to my numerous emails asking where and when my credit would be issued. I will never order from this company again and I advise no-one should.

I placed a pretty large order and received only 3 of the items. The others say they were delivered and my card was charged for all items. There is no way to get in touch with anyone from this company. Email only and no one ever responds. The phone number just says to email regarding any questions or issues. Weeks have gone by with not a single response. Horrible. Would never risk ordering from them again. BEWARE.
This is a really nice decorative vase. There are a few imperfections on the finish but I think they add to the old-world charm with its crackly glaze. Shipping was pretty fast and it was very well packaged.

P+V is a scam, no returns for any reason. Way way way over priced for junk/cheap/discolored products. Beware of their pretty ad photos, not what you get. Do not order from this company.

I purchased a product from this company and it was nice but small. I have been trying for 4 months to return this and all I get is a text saying they are working on updating their return system, and I would be notified when it is done. This is beyond ridiculous.
Unless you are positive on what you are ordering, look elsewhere. Most of their products are available on other sites and for a cheaper price. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered the salt and pepper shakers in Feb. 2023. They were delivered in April. They are not working properly, and emailed asking for a refund. I finally got a response (emailing their *******@pepperandvetier.com and *******@pepperandvetiver.com) on 4/30 saying they are "updating their system and will be in touch in 1-2 weeks" i have followed up multiple times, reached on our social media with ZERO RESPONSE.

I ordered a metal bread basket for $68. The item came nearly 2 months later poorly packaged in a plastic bag. The item was 4 inches smaller than advertised on their site and the quality was extremely poor with a warped bottom and colors that did not resemble the product on their website. I asked for instructions to return it for a full refund and have not heard back- I only received a message that they are a small team, it would take some time to respond and messaging them again would only cause delays. This company is extremely overpriced and misrepresents quality. $68 plus tax down the drain. Don't order from them. Adding a pic of the 8", not 12" basket. Good luck fitting any "bread" in it.
I placed an order for several items and one arrived broken. The only recourse they offer is to send an email which I did 33 days ago. The only response I have received is that they will reply as soon as possible and to please not send another email. I love the things on their website but will never order from them again.

Ordered Winston Wooden Tray and the item arrived warped. The tray does not sit flat so you cannot put anything on it. I have emailed and called the company numerous times and they do not respond. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.

They do not respond to return requests. They trap you on social media with great influencers, yet can't respond to an email. I also found some product on Amazon for 1/2 the price. Safe yourself the frustration and delete this company.
