Very rude,disrespectful and liars! Cannot comment at the quality but the staff there is super rude and liars. The lady at the werribee store lied that the bag was dirtied,when it was purchased on saturday and went back to the store on monday. Only because i asked for store credit instead of an exchange as i didnt like the stock much. Would never recommend anyone to go to PERA STORE WERRIBEE.

I was expecting a soft leather bag to arrive and found i have what appears to be a plastic and cloth bag.
I am very disappointed after spending $209

I expected a soft leather bag, and got something resembling plastic and cloth on the back
Products used:
I purchased a Slim Backpack Cognac 'classic leather' and it appears to be plastic and cloth and not leather.
Advertise the Oc2lite 81cm expanding case in description and photos, send the superseded non expanding case. Offer to send correct case out for extra payment. Terrible to deal with take 4-5 days to reply to emails. I had to resort to chargeback via Visa to have them even reply in the first instance. Avoid at all cost.
