I love their product as far as quality, pricing and customization. I have ordered twice from this company, and this time, my order was majorly delayed. I just wish they had communicated better. I ordered my rugs on 11/14/21 and only just received them on 1/13/22!
I will probably still order from them in the future, but my expectations will be completely different!
