I ordered my merchandise on 8/12/11. They charged my credit card on 8/18/11 and as of 9/26/11 I have never received the merchandise even though they sent me a shipping confirmation.
I have called and sent them many email messages and never heard back from them.
We need to make sure NOONE else gets ripped off by them.
I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. I also contacted Yahoo since they are a Yahoo store. I was given this website to file a complaint from yahoo. It is http://www.pricegrabber.com/help_submit.php/cat_id=3/type=help/.
