I recently acquired a diploma from phony diploma and i was pretty disappointed with what I received. I wouldn't pay more than $5 for the diploma, its poorly made and looks ultra cheap considering how much they charge. I think a teenager with even the most basic computer skills could do a similar job.The seal on the diploma's looks terrible and is not even close to what a seal should look or feel, and the overall diploma looks so fake there is really no point in ordering one unless you plan on using it for novelty reasons. I would not recommend this to anyone

Giving you 5 stars just cause of what I've read in the reviews... lol. I'm from new York city and I need a diploma replaced, I don't really care if it's looks like the original or not my concern is having the new York state seal on raised paper, like when you touch it you feel it on finger tips. Not a sticker... but like when you get court papers and the seal is raised off of the paper. I hope you follow m. Lol
Ordered 2 different diplomas. Came a little bit different from my expectation, but they did everything to get me the right ones just to fulfill or meet my expectations. All was done and shipped with next day delivery for free. (FREE). Highly recommended to anyone.

I found these guys through some web-surfing, and did a little research on them by reading a few reviews here and there before using their service. Everything was fine, but what really impressed me was their after-sale service. I had some issue with my order and needed a few changes after receiving order. The supervisor was very responsive and fixed everything according to my needs. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for the types of service they offer.

Phony Diploma is number one in my book. Phony Diploma made a replacement diploma for me that is an almost duplicate to the one I lost. Can't say enough about the quality of both the product and the service I received. From the first person I dealt with to the last, all my questions were answered quickly and when there was a slight problem with the first product I received it was replaced immediately with no extra charges. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. After a mistake made from my part, and uncomfortable situation that arose after, The Administrator of the site contacted me and refunded the money. Overall, I am happy with the customer service. I have to say at first I was skeptical whether or not this is a reliable site, but their customer service ensured me that they are immediately. Never took more than one day to reply my e-mails and always answers directly, and as it is my first time with such product I have a lot of questions, but they are extremely patient with me and answered all of them. There was a mistake made on my order, I did not receive everything. I called talked to a very nice young lady, I explained I did not receive everything in my order, she listened and said she would investigate it and be in touch. I was skeptical I thought I'd receive a call saying they shipped out everything and I was out of luck and the money I spent. But to my surprise she contacted me said she was shipping the rest of the order out. When I received it very promptly it was exceptional work. I would recommend this company to anyone. Before i rote some pretty harsh words about my degree not arriving after. 3 weeks of excessive emails i managed to get hold the site by way of making a negative review and yes they did promptly send me my degree and when it was arrived it was quite good.
So i apologies for my negative comments and will however warn users that if they do not get back to you as they did me hound them any way you can and they will eventually get to you and provide you with something high quality
This is never the case. We take care of everyone and always send the product. We never take money from clients without delivering the product. If we cant provide we always offer the money back and we are happy to in this case as well if you can let us know what your order number is. There is never a time where we don't take care of the customer and provide the service but sometimes we need to hear from the customer as well in order to help.
These guys really do quality work. The docs came and were very authentic looking. Thry were not cheap do it yourself at home docs at all. The service was also spot on, I had a couple minor issues on the details but these guys worked promptly and fixed them. And they are always very responsive with any questions or concerns.

Hi Ricky. Sorry you're disappointed. We do our best to show photos of the final products on the order form and other placed on the website so that you have a clear expectation of what the document will look like.
As far as your comments about being poorly made, we use only top of the line paper, seals, embossers and give you every opportunity to see it before we print and ship.
Please email me directly via the website email addresses at your earliest convenience. I'll ask you to tear up the document and email me a photo of the pieces. I'll then promptly refund your full amount including the shipping cost.
As you can see by the other reviews, most people are quite pleased with the work we do. We’d rather return the compensation we earned on your project than to have you so unsatisfied.
