I purchased 2 white tail flannel shirts and they do not say white tail on them anywhere they are the wrong brand name and they are medium size shirts labelled large

The merchandise look like the picture. The strap is a little flimsy but I still like the product. I will use it as a wallet. It was 20 business days for delivery. If it wasn't for the strap I would be a hundred per cent happy with the product.

Ik krijg een totaal ander kleed (andere kleur, ander model) wegens out of stock! 65euro retourkost!

Tip for consumers:
koop daar NIET
maar je weet niet echt op voorhand at je met die man te maken gaat hebben
ik kocht via sweetyoutfit.de en blijkbaar doen die zaken met pierrebuy!

It is a total scam website. I ordered an item and after waiting for 3 months I sent a query and they replied after a week and provided emergency shipment confirmation. I got the package delivered after 4.5 months of my order date and they delivered the wrong item.

I again sent a query about the wrong item delivered and instead of apologizing and sending me the item I ordered, they told that they can only make 20% refund and I can keep the wrong item. I will never buy nor suggest to buy from them.

Also, all of the items on their web are avaible on Aliexpress for half of the price. SATY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

STAY AWAY FROM PEARLGO! Wish I were able to give this company a MINUS review! After waiting months for my order, Pearlgo sent entirely different shoes than I ordered (two pair)... shoes which were cheap, ugly and styleless - NOT what I ordered. They did not respond to queries for making it right. I had to go through weeks of struggle and finally was able to get PayPal to contact them and demand a refund. However, I had to pay over $30 in custom fees, postage, and detailed paperwork to return the incorrect shoes! STAY AWAY from Pearlgo... you will NOT get what you order! The first and second pair of shoes shown (black and pink) were what I ordered. However, the uploading changed colors in pictures. I ordered one in black and one in pink. The second photo shows what came instead. It is my belief that ALL positive reviews of this company are registered by employees or owners of this company! STAY AWAY FROM PEARLGO UPDATE: Looks like the pictures were reversed on this Review. Obviously, the black/pink photo is what was sent to me.

My backpack took a long time to arrive which is fine. But the quanlity is very poor, with bad smelling.
Contacted the customer service with the pics and try to return it, they just ignored my request and told me to put lemon in the shoes! They did not even bother to know what did i buy?! They must deleted all the bad reviews from their website. Avoid this company!

I loved the place at first I bought my father a wallet for Father's day I bought my mother a purse for mother's day I bought myself a wallet and a purse and ordered one more purse after that the most expensive one of all they did not send a $50 red leather purse they kept it there's no way to get in touch with them I sent several emails they finally after 27 days several emails several chats admitted that they sent the purse to the wrong place

Pedi, depois de fazer a transferência Bancária, 1 sapato em preto n. 41 e outro em camurça com atacadores n. 41, fiz a transferência e nada nem sequer respondem às minhas mensagens. Estou mesmo muito triste e desiludido. Foi a primeira vez e senti me roubado.

Well, I assume the bag is nice. It looks beautiful, and people seem very happy with it. I was really excited for my purchase and planned to use it to backpack through Italy. More than month after it should have arrived, I contacted customer service. They said there had been a shipping problem (I was not informed of this) and they would send it in two weeks or I could have a refund. I want the backpack, not my money back, and I'm frustrated that I didn't receive any notification that it would be arriving late, or any compensation for the additional time it is taking. All I was offered as an empty apology and a promise that it would come in two weeks. That's almost 2 months now since the date it should have arrived. Terrible customer service.

I purchased a cross body bag in early August that arrived defective. Their policy was if anything was defective they would send a return label including shipping. After 15 emails and requested pictures and videos sent to servicepeirrebuy to show the zipper was catching on the inside of the bag, their response was to use wax paper and or oil. Also, at one point instead of a bag they were sorry about the SHOES. This company has no honesty or integrity. The $33.00 will not make or break me but a person or company should honor their word. DO NOT BUY FROM T HIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Capacity shoulder bag from them 4 months ago and still have not received. I sent 4 emailes to their customer service department, as this is the only way to contact them, and still no response. I do believe that they are a scam.

I ordered a red bag and finally after a few weeks I received a black one. I've contacted the company more than 10 times and no one responds. They had no problem taking my money but I guess that's where their 'service' stops.

I have ordered twice from this company and was very satisfied with my purchases and the fast shipping. I ordered again in April and as of May 17th, 2019 I have not received my merchandise. I am very disappointed and will not order from them again!

I made 2 purchases in 2 days have received 2nd purchase but not the 1st one was wanting it for a christmas present been almost if not a month already was paid for where is my bag? Tracking order is LM*******CN went to site reccommended was unable to track or its stuck in china NOT HAPPY
