Pike Lake

I purchased a brand new 2018 Mobile Home from Pike Lake, a dealer for Northlander Industries
Pike Lake said the base price for a 40 x 13.9 was $98,040.00 after I signed the contract I checked with another dealer that works for Northlander Industries and they quoted me 46 x 13.9 was $87,993.00 which is a difference of $10,047.00 and 6 ft less Pike Lake knew I was under time restraints and I was very excited so they took advantage of me. Both quotes were done by the same two people that work for Northlander Industries.
My mobile home 2018 is still waiting for items missing off my spec sheet but Pike Lake says sorry we are caught in the middle meanwhile I gave my money to Pike Lake. Pike Lake make promises while you are signing but Pike Lake doesn't keep the promises such as I was promised a site visit and Pike Lake promised to inspect my home before if left Northlander Industries but neither promise was fulfilled.
Northlander took my mirror doors and gave me plain wood ones saying because of all the changes I made to the bedroom, I didn't make any changes to the bedroom. My home is only 40 x 13.9 lol Northlander Industries talked about all the changes I made well the Plan# ******* when I signed the contract after all things were finished the plan #*******-1 so that tells me there was only one revision
Pike Lake brags about doing 96 million in trailer sales for Northlander Industries. When these issues started I sent resolutions on how we can resolve this but they let Northlander Industries answer all my spec issues and Northlander Industries basically said all issues are closed so Northlander Industries still hasnt given me my spec items I never signed any paperwork letting Northlander Industries change the specs especially to lower specs but Northlander Industries excuse is it meets building code but i purchased CSA Z240 not building code. I feel that is unethical business practice! Now I cant reach either Pike Lake or Northlander. Also I want an apology from both companies for each time they accused me for lying or being the cause of the issue. For example my floor started showing dents about 4 months after we moved in, so both Pike Lake and Northlander Industries insinuated that I must of moved the refrigerator and caused it then they suggested I should put pads under the appliances and furniture, then I reminded them that I had a quadruple bypass so I wouldn't be moving around furniture or appliances, a few months later I found the floor was bubbling under my bed so they agreed to pay me $1000. 00 dollars to resolve the floor issue but in the letter, they wanted me to sign, they had a sentence. "Both Northlander and Pike Lake have viewed the markings on the flooring and feel this is not a manufacturers warranty claim but"They gave me the money in good faith. I made him cross out that sentence before I signed. They even had the serial number wrong on the letter. I have lots more about these two companies but they are pdfs. How can I send pdfs here? Sorry to bother you but I had my meeting with Jane and Tom today and you are probably aware of the price discrepancy in my quote but since i returned home i talked to tom and jane and they seem to think and assured me that it was a price increase from last year to this year models mostly because of increased quality for csa standards things like air exchange now has to be install things like that but is it truly possible that from last year to this year meaning 2017 prices versus 2018 prices the square footage price when looking at just the base price increased by 38.44. I need to get this resolved and when dealing with this amount of money i have been trying to justify paying $4926 dollars more for a house that is 112 sq ft less.
