“Entered $26 order for product and billed, and not received”

Entered $26 order for product and billed, and not received. Can't get response (ups tracking or reference #) from Pilot Store after 10+ attempts. Incredible that customer service so horrible for such a small order. Have requested refund/replacement... no response.
