Play-SC

Horrible, horrible customer service. First off, it said that I could purchase a computer game for instant download. It wasn't instant. I was "in queue" to download for two days. I asked for my money back long before it was processed. They refused, and ultimately stopped returning my emails.

Also, I'm fairly certain positive reviews they've received on other websites are them spamming. Can't prove it though.

Avoid at all costs.

Don't go near Play SC. They charged my credit card twice one game, They agree it was an error but still refuse a refund.

"Buytoday, play today" is their slogan that caught my eye as well as many other (seemingly fake/spam) reviews on another site. I received my game code 2 days after purchasing it.

They were also quite slow to reply to my enquiry and with a very vague and limited response. Looking at comments on their facebook page posts I can see that I'm not the only one with complaints.

Don't be tricked by all the positive reviews and the false 'play today' promise. If you purchase from play-sc be prepared to wait.
