I initially left a good review about Plesk but after a few years I can now say that the service is terrible. Plesk is full of bugs and it can break overnight because of an update. I reported bugs on the forum, they didn't care and just asked me to buy a paid subscription. How convenient of a business to ask customers to pay $120/yr them to fix their own bugs. Plesk is a broken software, support is non-existent and the forum is just a funnel to convert users into paid subscribers. TERRIBLE SERVICE. GARBAGE SOFTWARE, GARBAGE SUPPORT. I am canceling my license on 10 servers.
