I became a PIAB member 9 months ago at the time of this review. During that time I signed up for a 2 monthly Pop! Subscription, purchased several Pop! Items, and also pre-ordered almost a dozen. ALL of the pre-orders has since been released but not a single one of my orders was ever fulfilled. Release dates starting 6+ months ago and NONE of them have been shipped to me (even though I've seen them in stores). For the past 3 months, they have only sent me 1 of the 2 monthly Pops! I paid for. No communication as to when I will receive my missing orders. And when they actually send me a Pop!, more often than not the Pop! And/or the box arrives damaged in some way (not ideal for a collector). Try getting a hold of customer service and you'll end up messaging with a bot who doesn't seem to fully understand what you're contacting them about. So far, nothing has been resolved.
I've been overcharged, I've been ignored, I've been given the runaround by their bot driven customer service and their generic not at all helpful messages... I'm done. I would not recommend any version of Pop In A Box (it's all run by the same people in the US).
Good luck to you customer if you try, but don't say I didn't warn you!
Tip for consumers:
Don't. Buy any Pop! in store, at least then you control when and what you're getting.
