I have placed multiple orders with this company, and I have to say that I love everything that I have received in the mail. From two piece sets to dresses, all have been great quality pieces

I ordered a sweater, tried it on and it looked horrible on me. I immediately contacted Prettygarden.com to start the return process. The next day I received an email from "Harina" who went on and on about how sorry they were and asked what the problem was. I told her the tags are all on, it's brand new but the sweater looked horrible on me. She stopped replying. I sent two more emails, with no reply. There is no phone number listed on their site so I cannot call. What just happened? Are they waiting for time to run out so they do not have to accept the return? This was the first time I ordered from them and will certainly be the last. Seems sketchy.
