Prizelabs

Do not purchase a prepaid card with this company they are the worst. After receiving 2 gifts from my company I purchased 2 prepaid Mastercards from Prizelabs. After reading the terms and conditions as well as the FAQs I attempted to purchase 3 gift cards from a merchant all 3 were processed and approved. A few minutes later I received 1 confirmation email with my gift card information and 2 rejection emails stating my transaction could not be processed. I contacted prizelabs and was told I could not purchase a gift card with a "gift card" and I had to wait 30 days for a refund. No where in the terms and conditions does it state you can't purchase gift cards and in their terms it states this is not a gift card it's a pre paid visa accepted anywhere Mastercard is. I have spoken with multiple managers and reps at prizelabs and they will not help me. I have to wait 30 days for
money that has been refunded. I will never use this company again
