I ordered a bridesmaid, Jim Hjelm dress - 5469 in Wine after emailing back and forth with customer service. When I received the dress, there were a few things wrong. 1. The dress was not the color I asked for according to their color chart (dress was much, much lighter), 2. The lining inside the dress was awkward, making the slit and lines within the dress not match up, and 3. Imitation Jim Hjelm bridesmaid dress. I emailed customer service immediately explaining to them that the dress was not the Burgundy color I ordered as advertised on their website's color chart with pictures. I received a response stating that the dress was the right color from material 091 and that's their Burdundy. I then sent an email with pictures comparing the dress I received to the color it's suppose to be according to their website. I received an email response to send pictures of the dress with their tags attached to prove that it's their dress. Once I did that, as requested, I got an email stating that the pictures I sent were not pictures of the dress. So basically, I was called a liar. I decided to send another email stating how WRONG they were as a business for treating customers as such. Since this last email, the business has not responded. I wish I would've done my homework a little more about this company/website and came across this website before I purchased from them. Now I have a dress, that is not the correct color, and I cannot wear in the wedding. Please do not waste your time or your hard earned money with this website and business. I advise you to go to an actual store where you can see the dress and be treated with respect as a customer. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
