I was very, very skeptical in the beginning that I would get my money back due to being scammed. Yes, this company is based in States but they know the law, even in Australia. The staff were professional and always sent me an email to keep my case moving. I'm grateful to this company and the beautiful staff for working with me and ultimately a fantastic result. It took almost 2 months to resolve but we got there in the end. Thank You!
