The psionline help area lists about 100 different help phone lines, supposedly different ones depending on what test you are taking, but all route to the same number which no one ever answers. Yesterday on hold for 48 minutes and now, so far, for one hour. Stop using this company!

Bought a study pack for $73 and never got an access code. After several hours of disrespectful customer service on the phone and plenty of email that led me nowhere for a month I finally got an access code. The access code was suppose to work for 1 year lasted a total of two login attempts. Now Im stuck with mobile app access only and no one to assist on recovering my online access, as my 11 digit code is no longer valid. Great! Again, I have attempted phone calls and emails to PSI, Sitejabber.com, psionlinestore.com, and memorang all completely worthless. Study material is actually good, if you can access it. Would not recommend this to anyone.
