The water from the pitcher I received has proved detrimental to my health. Still having problems 5 weeks after stopping use. Could this have been a scam? It came as a pitcher with a filter. Your response to *******@yahoo.com would be helpful. Don't have POP because it was ordered on line an no receipt was included.

We contacted Crystal Quest to purchase a Whole House RO system. They shipped some items but not all and the parts they did send are from Harbor Freight and leaks water and is EXTREMELY loud. Tried to resolve with company and absolutely a terrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The customer service is the worst I have experienced - they do not respond. They do not refund. Buyers beware.

One word - FRAUD! Paid the money, received some of the items, among which, some were just empty containers (supposed to be filters with membranes inside, for water filtering and purification). No emails or calls returned.
Buyer beware!
If you do your homework you will not buy from this company. Water tested their Arsenic filter and it failed to remove 25% of the Arsenic in my water not the 94% they claim, now I have to pay to return a product that doesn't work
