Qoo10 SG

I had made a comment few couple of weeks ago regarding the purchase of Jeuness serum fr Qoo10. Which after went through the payment, but no other info was given to me till i feed back on this page, immediately, then i received the delivery info on the same night.
First thing i did was, i pumped out the serum, straight away, i sense that something is wrong.
The smell of the product was very similar, however, the is difference in colour.
The original serum is with very light purplish pink, the Qoo10 product is totally transparent. For the original, one could see that the residue at the pump, when drying up, it will be stained with very light pink colour.
I purposely pumped out the one bought from Qoo10, after drying up, totally without any stains at all.It is fake, not genuine.
Total i had wasted $700 over for 9 bottles of counterfeit products.
Please be aware when u intend to buy the skin care products here, i believed many of them are not genuine at all.

Complete crooks... First time using them. Purchased 3 items, 2 delivered, and only partial refund for non delivered item. Phoned over 5 times, 3 staff said they will call back to resolve, complete MIA. Zero customer care.

Keep a check on some items as they may cost much more than other sites or if you buy from the stores. Certain suppliers may also sell substandard products. But mostly a great site to buy stuff from.

First time buying on Qoo10 website this seller have alot of choices of nice sneakers but realize is a very bad and dishonest seller after reading thru all the comment I still when ahead and made a purchase thinking I may not be that unlucky. End up wrong sizes came but they listed ALL size available so I waited shipping was not fast appx 1 week plus was kind of excited about the shoe when it arrive is SIZE 3 kids size! Asked for refund and seller reply was 2 days later perhaps this is one of the way the seller ensure NO refund are able to made after receiving the order she mention to me within 7 days from receive of products what a good way to do business. I counted more then 8 buyer got the wrong sizes including me 9 and those are the one who left remark how about those who cant care less about it?
