Everything was great in terms of communication and delivery. However, the delivery crew really didn't install the appliance as advertised. Yes, they plugged it in, but I had to remove the packing materials inside the unit and install the handles. No big deal. Only took about 10 minutes. At least the crew hauled away the packing container and carried the unit upstairs. So overall, I was very satisfied.

Yes, they make things look easier than they are in the laundry room or kitchen, but their videos are invaluable in avoiding problems. Thanks, guys!

I needed a part for a older model kitchen appliance that was listed as unavailable on almost all parts sites. eReplacement.com listed the part as on backorder. The wait was several months and they kept informed of the difficulty obtaining the part. Finally came in. The price was very reasonable. Sam's Club Cafe food is the best around in Jackson, MI. Good food, big amount, cheapest food around. You have children and want to eat out go to Sam's Club Cafe. I brought for 4 people and paid $26.00. Pizza, pretzel, ice cream and drink. Very good value. And, the workers are nice too. It's my go to place now. I give it a 10.
