MDI Thousand Oaks RadNet Front desk receptionist friendly and efficient, however, my issue is with the tech, McKenna. She was rude, unfriendly and careless. She may hate her job, but your job as a tech with working with patients, is to be courteous and do your job while being friendly. She started off with a short and abrasive attitude. She says, "lye down with you head that way( pointing to the pillow)" when I asked in which direction, she says, "that way". Well, Ms Smarty pants, that way has three directions (back, left side, or right side). Am I supposed to be a mind reader? She set the tone with her tone right from the beginning. When she started the Ultrasound, she did NOT cover my clothing at all she threw a towel on me and for that I got the gel all over my blouse to which she said, "its water based it will come out". I'm sorry to say, when it dried it did NOT come out-I have pictures and proof. Her carelessness of not properly covering with a towel is unacceptable. Also, at the end she said you are all done. I waited and asked are you going to wipe off the gel, to which she replied "I can" and proceeded to clean the probe. So I did it and then noticed that there was so much gel on my side she didn't even care. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and careless. I am so sick of techs who apparently hate their job and taking it out on patients. This review is one week post and NO a call from a manager like they said would happen in a response from My post on Instagram, X and Yelp. They obviously do not care.
