I submitted my fees for annual membership plan (around Rs 17,000+) on 22 Aug 2022. I came to the club for just 2 days or so. I was diagnosed with slip disk and was not in a position to walk. I informed Rajesh Health Club about this without delay and they confirmed my account has been frozen. Due to my medical situation I returned to my hometown. With almighty grace I recovered and could walk but somehow I am not staying in Mumbai anymore nor do I know anyone to whom this membership can be transferred. I explained the situation to Rajesh Health Club on 28 Apr 2023 and requested for refund. As I hardly availed any services provided by them. They refused to return a single penny citing this policy and that policy.
