I give RA Moving Zero Stars! They are unprofessional scammers who try to cheat customers. I blame David Harris, Owner Ramze Masumwe & Movers Adam & Nassim as the main culprits who triple your amount AFTER they load your stuff; basically holding it for ransom! I'm a Disabled; Housebound Veteran with one eye; Brain Tumor; Nerve damage & am going through rehabilitation & treatments. Ive a VA Lawyer on retainer who sent them a letter to mediate & they've ignored this. It's been 3 weeks; we're still sleeping on the floor because of them. My grandkids shouldn't have to suffer for their greediness. I agreed with RA Moving to move my family for $8,475. After they arrived 4 hours late; they packed 1/4 of our stuff because we did most of it ourselves. They instead told me that final cost was $21,000I did NOT sign nor agree to this. I told them I wanted to speak with the Owner Ramze & to remove all our things from the truck. They would not. Instead they demanded $2K from Zelle and 2 post dated checks in the amount of $4750 each. I told them I am on a limited income and only make $1438 per month. They knew we were moving to Florida because I; being a 70% U.S.Air Force Disabled Veteran with a Brain Tumor needed to be around better Oncologists; Neurologists & other Specialists at the VA Hospital in Orlando Florida. I have been getting help from 211 & Catholic Charities to help with the move because I have not worked since November of 2021. The Owner Ramze stated on that same day after I explained the situation to him that he would stick by the original estimate & that I could cancel the checks. Now they are still holding our things for ransom. They have nothing I signed approving $21K They just want to over charge poor people. They've my walker; wheel chair; medications; my medals; & they say that any prior monies I gave them or the Broker can't be counted. I've give them over $5.5K. I feel cheated; harassed & so frustrated because no one is helping me & my family against these monsters. We want our stuff. I wish I'd read the Review below. I'd never have hired them.
