The shipping was great and fast. But the Mats are nice and will work but they do look like the photos show but Honestly they look like a heavier duty Mat online but in person they are not quite what I expected. Especially for the price. But they are good Mats the real test is how long the will last. Which I can't commit on that yet due to just receiving them.
Unfortunately raneys subcontractor the shipping out to companies that have no idea what they are doing. Reflects poorly on this company. I will no longer shop here. They wanted 165 usd to drop my load and threatened to take it back if I didn't pay. Raneys was the one who tried to charge me. Not the shipper. Embarrassing...
Item looked great and fit perfectly. Really made a difference in the appearance of the door panel.
All good except I have this unit on my truck 3 days and the license plate holder has rust on it already not very happy
I haven't received the item I wanted. I tried to reach customer service and it is too slow. They sent me the wrong item
I bought nearly $500 worth of stuff and didn't get free shipping. Most websites will ship for free if it's over $100 or $200.
Very difficult to navigate and find stuff for my Kenworth. Also the checkout procedure was forcing me to go through PayPal and not use a company credit card which was annoying and it ended up going on my personal credit card through PayPal instead of the company credit card which is aggravating

My first experience with Raney's Truck Parts has been awesome. Their customer service is so professional. FedEx lost my package and they did not hesitate to help me resolve the issue.
Raney does a fantastic job with prompt ship out time and delivery. Customer service reps have always been great. This manufacturer's product though was subpar for the reasons I've previously listed. Had I had the time to wait on a return/exchange for a different brand.
Difficult to find what I was looking for and the shipping cost is too much. Hopefully I receive the product in a timely fashion.
They was excellent on handling my order even when they was damaged by the carrier and ya'll got my new ones to me in a fast pace thank you very much

No problem ordering and timely delivery. Correct part number for the application however the sensor causes the temperature gauge to read way too high

Shipping is always an arm and a leg. I ordered some led bulbs over a month ago, when I first ordered them it said they were in stock. Come to find out they're out of stock after I bought them. It's been over a month and I barely received 2 out of 4.
Received item in perfect condition how ever I requested a printed invoice for taxes to be sent with the order and that was not sent..
Great experience with Randy's truck chrome. I was very impressed with the amount of time it took for my order to arrive. Definitely will be doing more business soon.
Purchased what I thought and was advertised a pair of headlight lenses. After I placed order I realized that the price was for one headlight lens. Called company to cancel order and was told that order was canceled and refunded to my card. Well next day I receive said order UPS and email conformation that order was delivered.
Called company and was informed that they supposedly called me back stating order was processed through manufacturer and they couldn't stop it. Now I have to pay $9 shipping to send it back to them. SCAM Artists!

Why not advertize your products as a pair no one orders i mirror base cover my fault but i still have to pay freight on the second one
Three to five days for shipping.ok.but know wait it took only FOURTEEN DAYS That is just unacceptable.
Order was fine, product received in perfect condition. Required modification, not sure if that was due to something on our truck(2000 Peterbilt 379 w/ a C-15) or just a bad design in general. Either way, it didn't clear the power steering reservoir, so we had to cut and re-weld after changing the angle. We are pleased with the product itself, just not the initial fitment.
