I ordered an obscure DVD for my daughter for her birthday. I was a little leery when I saw they only accepted payment through PayPal, but I ordered it anyway. When it never came I sent three emails to them, each one a few days apart, giving them a chance to respond, The First two polite were polite, the last one, not so much. In fact It was rather threatening. I never received a responding email from them, but after the 3rd email a refund from paypal showed up in My account. So if you've dealt with them and received no satisfaction. Stay on them! Maybe you'll get as lucky as I did. If you haven't already deal with with them, DON'T!
Ordered a dvd over 2 months ago and was never received even though I got an email it was shipped 6 weeks ago. No response from this company to 2 emails. Requested refund, I will not hold my breath. Please do not order from them! I can't even give 1 star, would give a 10 minus if I could
I ordered a rare DVD "With Case" ($3 for the case) on 10/03/21. When I received the DVD a month later, it was just a DVD in a white envelope and wasn't packaged for shipping as stated either. I emailed them 5 days in a row saying I didn't get what I ordered; no response. This is why I make purchases like this via PayPal. I reported a problem & escalated the next day stating I had already tried contacting the seller with no response. Nine days later I received a full refund, though I would have preferred what I ordered. I see they are still advertising "12:01" with optional "With/Without Case". Do not do business with RareFliks!
This is one of the harshest reviews I've left for a website in quite some time. My order "was" finally delivered but I recommend that no-one fall for the promises of delivery.
I purchased a DVD for a friend May 29th and delivery took 30 days.
In order to track you're order you must download the SHOP app. No other way to track is offered. I gor one email thanking for order than one on June 12th saying item was shipped. While they do tell you that delivery will take 8-18 days there's no information as to when that goes into effect. I also paid an extra $3 for the DVD to be in a case. Did not happen, DVD arrived in a paper dvd sleeve which means I was overcharged $3. I attempted numerous times to contact the seller. I wanted to correct the billing information which copied my friends address in spite of the fact that I unchecked the box, same as billing address. I contacted them twice via the contact form on the website. Then twice more through the help email. It turns out PayPal is the only method of payment and when I checked my account it's listed under a UK email not the rarefliks business name. While the SHOP app notified me that the item was shipped they didn't have any tracking information either. They did say that the shipping was through Yun Express (a Hong Kong shipper?)with no tracking shown. This is a very sketchy website and there are numerous registered complaints on the Better Business website. Beware!

Rare Fliks sells supposedly rare (or any) dvds. I had ordered and paid for a rare and expensive dvd and it never showed up. I had contacted them quite a few times about receiving a tracking number, which never arrived, and they NEVER responded. That was almost 2 months ago and I still haven't seen it or heard from them, so I have written them off. But I DID notice on the internet that Rarefliks has an EXTREMELY LOW rating in all areas and listed as an EXTTREME RISK doing business with them and they are well known for taking the money of course and NOT sending any dvds. Also, the "customer service" does not seem to exist. I recommend you DO NOT trust this site!
