Raphael Rashkin turned sociopath when i asked him for an accounting of the $100,000 plus he charged me over 18 months. It was a reasonable request because he had accomplished nothing...he didn't even secure a court date.
Wow, what a loser he is and now I'm back in court to get back the money he squandered without a single result.
Raphael Rashkin billed us for 18 months at the rate of $4k per month. In these 18 months he never even filed for a court date. When I asked for records of what he accomplished in my case, he QUIT.
Avoid this man...he will lose your case and waste your money.
